About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control accesses, uses, stores, protects, and shares information obtained through authorized Google Ads accounts and other approved system integrations.

ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control is an internal advertising operations system developed for ICONIC and operated only by authorized personnel.

Google Ads Authorization

The system connects to Google Ads only after an account owner or authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth and the official Google Ads API.

Authorization allows the system to perform the functions clearly described in this policy and in the application interface.

Information the System May Access

Depending on the approved account permissions and enabled features, the system may access:

  • Google Ads account and customer identifiers
  • Campaign, ad group, advertisement, keyword, and search-term information
  • Campaign settings, targeting, schedules, and budgets
  • Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions
  • Conversion reporting and attribution information available in Google Ads
  • Account change history and operational status information
  • Authorization tokens required to maintain the approved connection

The system requests only the access required to provide its stated advertising-management functions.

How Information Is Used

Information obtained through Google Ads may be used to:

  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance
  • Prepare operational reports and performance comparisons
  • Identify campaign issues and optimization opportunities
  • Generate recommendations for authorized users
  • Document decisions and approved account changes
  • Execute campaign actions approved through the authorized workflow
  • Verify whether an approved action was successfully applied
  • Maintain system security, auditing, and operational reliability

Actions Performed on Behalf of Authorized Users

When specifically approved through the system’s operating workflow, ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control may perform actions in a connected Google Ads account.

These actions may include negative keyword management, campaign-setting updates, and other advertising operations supported by the system.

Supported changes remain visible within the Google Ads change history.

Data Storage and Security

ICONIC applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, credentials, authorization tokens, and operational records against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Access is limited to authorized personnel and approved systems that require the information to operate, support, secure, or audit ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control.

Data Sharing

ICONIC does not sell Google Ads account data or Google user data.

Information is not used for unrelated advertising, data-broker activities, credit decisions, or unauthorized profiling.

Information may be processed by approved infrastructure or service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the system, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.

Google API Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

ICONIC retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for system operation, reporting, auditing, security, business requirements, or applicable legal obligations.

Operational records may include account identifiers, timestamps, approved actions, execution results, and change-verification information.

An authorized user may request deletion of applicable stored information by contacting ICONIC using the contact details below.

Revoking Google Access

Users may revoke the application’s access at any time through their Google Account security settings and connected-app permissions.

After access is revoked, the system will no longer be able to access or manage the affected Google Ads account unless authorization is granted again.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the system’s functionality, data practices, integrations, or legal requirements change.

The latest version and effective date will remain published on this page.
