About the System

ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control is an internal advertising operations system developed for ICONIC.

The system may monitor campaign performance, analyze advertising data, generate operational recommendations, document decisions, and execute approved changes through official advertising-platform integrations.

Authorized Use

The system is intended only for authorized ICONIC personnel, approved service providers, and users who have permission to manage the connected advertising accounts.

You may not access or use the system for unauthorized accounts, unlawful activities, deceptive conduct, security testing without permission, or any activity that violates applicable platform policies.

Account Authorization

A Google Ads account may be connected only by an account owner or another person with sufficient permission to grant access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all account permissions, credentials, approvals, and instructions provided to the system are accurate and authorized.

Advertising Actions

When authorized through the approved operating workflow, the system may perform actions in connected advertising accounts.

These actions may include campaign-setting updates, negative keyword management, reporting operations, and other supported advertising-account changes.

Users remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and confirming that requested changes are appropriate for their advertising objectives.

Controlled Execution

ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control is designed to operate through authorized and documented workflows.

Where approval is required, the system will not intentionally execute the relevant advertising action until approval is received from an authorized user.

Supported changes may remain visible within the connected advertising platform’s change history.

User Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for:

• Protecting account credentials and access permissions
• Providing accurate instructions and approvals
• Reviewing important recommendations before execution
• Monitoring campaign results after changes are applied
• Complying with Google Ads policies and applicable laws
• Immediately reporting suspected unauthorized access or misuse

Third-Party Platforms

The system may interact with third-party services, including Google Ads and Google APIs.

These services are governed by their own terms, policies, technical limitations, and availability. ICONIC does not control changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Service Availability

ICONIC may update, maintain, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the system when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, development, or operational reasons.

Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed, particularly when functionality depends on external APIs, advertising platforms, internet connections, or third-party infrastructure.

No Guarantee of Advertising Results

The system supports advertising analysis and operations but does not guarantee specific campaign results, lead volumes, conversion rates, sales, revenue, rankings, or return on advertising spend.

Advertising performance may be affected by competition, budgets, market conditions, customer behavior, platform changes, account history, website performance, and other factors outside the system’s control.

Intellectual Property

The system’s design, workflows, documentation, branding, software, and operational methods are owned by or licensed to ICONIC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, resale, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of the system is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Use

Information accessed through the system is handled according to the dedicated ICONIC Ads Intelligence & Control Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the types of information accessed, how information is used and protected, retention practices, and how users may revoke access or request deletion.

Suspension or Termination

ICONIC may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes that an account is being used without authorization, presents a security risk, violates these terms, violates platform policies, or creates legal or operational risk.

Users may stop using the system and revoke its Google access through their Google Account permissions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICONIC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unexpected losses resulting from use of the system, advertising-platform decisions, interrupted services, inaccurate user instructions, or unauthorized account access outside ICONIC’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

ICONIC may update these terms when system functionality, integrations, operating procedures, or legal requirements change.

The latest version and effective date will remain published on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that may apply.
